That's some craziness there! I've never had a solid office space at all. I work at a coworking space right and that's been a creative space because I get to talk to all sorts of people (some of which have hired me to edit some stuff).

I've been thinking of visiting Wilmington because I'm a bit OTH fan, and because it seems like a chill town and such. I'll definitely hit you up if I ever visit! Thanks for sharing your office journey.

I've always been interested in coworking spaces, however, I find that there are times where I need complete silence in order to work. Do you run into volume/noise problems at all? (For instance, I can edit with music on, but not write while anything is playing.) However, there is appeal to being around other creatives.

Do reach out if you visit the area! The OTH bridge is so close I can almost see it! It's a chill city... it has two different vibes since we have a river AND the coast. However, being a parent of a young child, I haven't been able to enjoy much of the night life, so don't ask for any recommendations. :)

Hey! I don't run into volume issues at all. There are areas where there's complete silence and areas where the music is playing and I can talk to folks. I edit and write with music or something, so it doesn't bother me at all. It's run by a nonprofit, so there are peeps like that as well as for-profit folks, creatives, and others working remotely or doing their own thing. I need to be around people and have a lot of trouble working at home.
