Awry » Chapter 11 » “Righteous Indignation“
Last time we saw the crew of the Phyllos, things were looking… well, let’s just call it “bleak.” Oh, and Dr. Baxter was about to be eaten by a sand creature. Y’know, just another day at the office.
UNTIL… !
TO BE CONCLUDED…

You’ve made it this far. You’re amazing. Next time: THE END.
Virtual Letters Column
Kevin had this to say…
I noticed Commander Ed has some facial hair growing. I’ve always liked a small touch to my comics when the passage of time is evident. Things are looking more dire every issue for our band of travelers. They are running out of possible people to save them. In fact, you have achieved something I feel is lacking in many comic tales today... I have no idea how they will get out of this since they are light years away from help. A unique experience to have in today’s comic reading. Thank you again, Wes and creative team.
You mentioned the passage of time and yes, you are correct! Edwards is getting stubbly as time ticks on. Also of note… check out Edwards’s outfit from the first chapter through now. It’s slowly fallen away to reveal the “undersuit” beneath as he’s gone through his adventure. (A theme for “shedding his old skin” perhaps?) This was something a detail I absolutely loved as Graeham shared his pages with me.
The ending is coming hard and fast, Kevin! I hope you enjoy what we have in store for the final chapter. Thank you for all of your kind words throughout.
Short and sweet! See you soon for the conclusion!
Lines that stick out to me are not always major statements. In this episode it was simply “dad do something “. A plea to a parent, even when there’s nothing anyone could do (unless of course you are commander flipping Edwards). I guess all we have left is the ever looming last installment. Side note to this day I’ve never watched the last episode of friends. So I always have one more to watch. But I will close out this. It’s been a journey I’ve enjoyed for sure
